Engineering Consultants

We provide engineering consultancy specializing in civil works and water-based infrastructure projects. We provide innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions in design, supervision, and project management, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both client expectations and industry standards.

Irrigation agriculture and technologies

These service always get to the farmers, agricultural firms and organizations that invest in agriculture as a business and or climate smart agriculture. We offer consultancies, trainings, project implementations and advisory services. We also create and develop an international network of positive agents that enables the design, development and dissemination of these irrigation technologies come through, and our irrigations are tailor made to benefit local communities.

Our Sanitation and Hygiene solutions

Our assignments are concealed to ensure an upgrade in sanitation and hygiene, typical of our works include; wash-water disposal systems, adaptive latrines and toilets, sumps, soakage pits and trenches, cesspools, septic tanks, sewer systems, stabilization ponds, mechanically aerated lagoons, biogas systems, solid waste collection system and landfills.

Civil Works

In an effort to expand outreach efforts and services, ALISON is exploring an approach to rural water in-order to create sustainable villages and communities in Uganda and East Africa as a whole. Through a collaborative approach, ALISON designs water projects to suit their clients and we listen careful to our customer specifications
and design with and for them. We directly improve livelihoods and more importantly save lives through provision of clean water and
recommendable water handling structures.

Past Experience

Here are some of the works we have done for our trusted clients and have gotten their visions kickstarted.

Installation of motorized borehole Water system at Busowobi HCIII, Iganga District

The water project in Busoga Region at Busowobi HC III Iganga District—a remote community located more than 143 km from Kampala—was undertaken in 2025 to address consistent challenges of limited access to safe and reliable water for the health Centre communities. Alison Consults Limited, in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO), implemented a system that now supplies clean water to Busowobi HC III and several nearby communities. The project included the installation of a 6 km distribution line, a borehole drilling and test pumping, a 60m³ elevated water tank on a 12-metre stand, and a renewable-energy-powered pumping system consisting of over 10 solar panels (550 Wp each), a pump house, and a submersible pump. Additionally, an ECOSAN toilet was constructed to support sanitation within the facility. This intervention has significantly improved health, productivity, and overall livelihoods in the beneficiary communities through reliable access to clean, sustainably sourced water.

Design and Build of a mini pipe water solar supply system in Pawachi, Lamwo District.

The water project in Potika–Pawach, Lamwo District—a remote community located more than 480 km from Kampala—was undertaken in 2024 to address persistent challenges of limited access to safe and reliable water in an area historically affected by conflict and seasonal water scarcity.
Alison Consults Limited, in partnership with the Lamwo District Local Government (DLG), implemented a system that now supplies clean water to over three communities. The project included the installation of a 6 km distribution line, a 60m³ elevated water tank on a 12-metre stand, and a renewable-energy-powered pumping system consisting of over 10 solar panels (550
Wp each), a pump house, and a submersible pump. Additionally, an ECOSAN toilet was constructed to support sanitation within the facility.

In Conjunction with our client – Terego District Local Government, we undertook a construction of a production well which comprised of a pump house, construction and installation of tank and other systems. this project has enabled the local government to improve on water supply in the rural centers around which has boosted farming and business around the area
