The project involved the comprehensive construction of an office and warehouse facility, commencing with mobilization to site, establishment of site offices, and implementation of health, safety, and environmental control measures. Initial works included topographical surveys and boundary demarcation, followed by general site clearance, grading, and leveling. Substructure works comprised excavation for foundations, construction of footing bases, and installation of ground beams and floor slabs. The superstructure was then developed through the erection of reinforced concrete columns, beams, and suspended slabs or steel framework as applicable. This was followed by the construction of masonry block walls, infill panels, and structural enclosures for both the office and warehouse sections. Roofing works included installation of the structural framework and roof covering, along with rainwater drainage systems such as gutters and downpipes. Internal finishes were executed through plastering, screeding, ceiling installation, and wall rendering in line with the interior design specifications, while external finishes included painting, cladding, and protective coatings suitable for workshop and warehouse environments. Floor finishes were applied using appropriate materials such as tiles, terrazzo, epoxy, or industrial screed depending on functional requirements. Mechanical and electrical installations were carried out, including plumbing systems, electrical cabling, lighting, HVAC, and fire protection systems. External infrastructure works included the development of access roads, parking areas, stormwater drainage systems, and compound fencing. The project was concluded with final inspection, testing and commissioning of all services, rectification of defects, and formal handover of the completed facility.
