ALISON Consults is a self-propelling social enterprise that was incorporated in Uganda with limited liability and supervised by a team of agile directors. It is self-sufficient in the majority of Engineering and construction disciplines placing great emphasis on engineering labour training and supply for all engineering projects.

The company is a key regional player in strategic engineering services bridging the gap between regional innovative approaches and social impacts. All our engineering divisions serve a wide range of local, regional, and multinational clients and are recognized as champions in various project activities. We have successfully completed projects with multinational NGOs like; UNHCR, UN WOMEN, UNDP, German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in Uganda, WATER AID, ACTION AGAINST HUNGER (ACF) – UGANDA, THE Lutheran World Federation (LWF), Dann Church Aid (DCA), KULIKA UGANDA, CARITAS, NURI Coordination Function, Malteser International, The Victim Relief Alliance (TVRA), Save the Children, Soroti Catholic Development Organization (SOCADIDO), World Vision Uganda, among others.
Our daily challenge is acquiring the most up-to-date knowledge in different talents and consulting functions as well as an up-to-date knowledge of the latest innovations, technologies, approaches and utilizing them to maximize the value-added services to our clients.
Persistently working toward continuous improvement, and stretching our potential, we have succeeded in designing, developing and disseminating manuals, curricula, models, and tools that serve to identify our clients’ specific requirements and address them in the most effective and efficient manner. We believe that this represents our main competitive edge, and as such, we strive to constantly and consistently upgrade these methodologies to remain in line with local and regional client demands.
